Clarence V. and Evelyn F. Amstutz Memorial Scholarship
- Distinction: C.V. "Jim" Amstutz was a life long resident of this region and ran Amstutz Electric until his retirement. Evelyn, his wife of 65 years, spent much of her time teaching third and fourth grade. Their only child, Joanne, received her degree from Capital University in Columbus and passed away at the age of 41 from multiple sclerosis. Established in 2004, this scholarship has been awarded 17 times.

- Eligibility: A Boy Scout, who is a resident of Wayne County, Ohio or a resident of the Killbuck District (which includes Wayne County and Holmes County, Ohio). Boy Scouts outside of Wayne County, Ohio of the Buckeye Council, Boys Scouts of America, may apply, but Wayne County, Ohio residents shall have priority and shall receive the scholarship first if otherwise qualified. Magni-Power Company - William C. Martin, Jr. Scholarship
- Eligibility: A Boy Scout, who is a resident of Wayne County, Ohio or a resident of the Killbuck District (which includes Wayne County and Holmes County, Ohio). Boy Scouts outside of Wayne County, Ohio of the Buckeye Council, Boys Scouts of America, may apply, but Wayne County, Ohio residents shall have priority and shall receive the scholarship first if otherwise qualified. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or student already enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate or two year technical college student, who has proof of an Eagle Scout rank or Life Scout rank in the Boy Scouts of America. Thomas A. Nickle Scholarship
- Eligibility: Available for continuing education in the industrial arts technology or related fields with preference towards those wanting to further their skills in precision machining technology. Applicants must be Wayne County residents who are graduating high school seniors or adults enrolled in an accredited skills training program. Applicants must have a sincere desire to increase their technical skill levels, demonstrate aptitude in Industrial Arts technology or want to pursue the opportunity to enter this field, and have financial need. Full-time students will qualify for 100% of the scholarship and part-time students will qualify for 50% of the scholarship amount. Previous recipients may not reapply.

Walter & Mary Esther Schmid Scholarship
- Distinction: This scholarship was established in 1999 to foster the ideals of Walter and Mary Esther Schmid. Walter led Smith Dairy from 1955 until 1986. Active in their church, community and industry, the couple demonstrated their leadership in preserving and promoting traditional values. This scholarship has been awarded 21 times.
- Eligibility: This scholarship is available to graduating high school children of full-time associates (with more than one year of full-time service) of Smith Dairy and its divisions, who plan to attend an accredited two-or four-year college or university full-time. Applicants must have a high school cumulative GPA of 2.50 on a 4.00 system and demonstrate leadership and community service.

- Distinction: This scholarship was established in 2000 after the untimely death of Carlos at the age of 23 from injuries suffered in a construction accident and it has been awarded nine times.
- Eligibility: A Wayne or Ashland County graduating high school senior enrolling at the Ohio State University Agricultural Technical Institute (OSU-ATI) or an enrolled OSU-ATI student who has at least one more full-time year of classes.

Lady A Scholarship
- Eligibility: Wooster High School senior who has been a member of the WHS Speech and Debate Team at least three years and exhibits good leadership skills. This scholarship is for a full-time student at a two- or four-year institution.
